Connectd Signal.
From a growth challenge to a working AI product.
An independently developed acquisition workspace designed to help growth teams identify high-fit US startups, recognise the right moment to engage and turn market signals into relevant outreach.
Independent working MVP developed in response to a Connectd recruitment brief.

Better signals.
More meaningful growth.
Commercial strategy, product thinking and AI-enabled execution brought together in one focused acquisition workflow.
Start with the problem.
Not the technology.
Before choosing an AI stack, I asked where Connectd's acquisition funnel was actually constrained and which metric mattered most.
The answer was clear. Connectd converted relevant startups well once they entered the funnel. The opportunity was finding more companies that matched its ICP, particularly in the US.
The commercial goal became more qualified booked meetings, not more outreach for the sake of activity.
The right startup.
At the right moment.
One strategic distinction shaped the product. A company can be an excellent fit without being ready for a conversation today. Funding, hiring and expansion are useful signals of timing, but they do not establish fit on their own.
Who is worth targeting?
Qualify against core ICP requirements before deeper research.
Why reach out now?
Identify credible market signals that make the moment relevant.
What is the next step?
Turn evidence into a useful outreach angle and a human decision.
Built around decisions.
Not another dashboard.
I designed a single acquisition workflow that connects discovery, qualification, research, prioritisation, outreach support and feedback. The marketer sees the next useful action rather than another spreadsheet of possibilities.
Four views.
One clear routine.
The experience is deliberately simple. A focused daily queue leads to a detailed opportunity, a human-approved action and a recorded outcome. Insights close the loop with a plan for what to improve next.

Less searching.
More deciding.
The Today view shows only work requiring attention. The marketer can move from an actionable lead to the evidence, recommended angle and next step without opening a dozen research tabs.
Feedback is part of the experience. Wrong signals, weak timing and poor angles can be flagged instead of silently ignored.
A prioritised action queue.
Visibility into discovery and qualification.
Evidence, outreach drafts and human decisions.
Outcomes, bottlenecks and the next cycle.
From thinking
to something tangible.
I independently built a working prototype to demonstrate the full decision workflow. It includes qualification and prioritisation logic, draft editing, snoozing, feedback, follow-ups, outcome capture and reporting. The sample figures are illustrative.

Open the interactive MVP and follow the marketer journey from an opportunity to a decision, an outcome and a next-cycle insight.
This is a demonstration prototype, not a deployed Connectd product. Live market feeds, CRM, inbox integrations and 24/7 autonomous research are proposed production capabilities, not active connections.
Build the workflow.
Then prove its value.
I proposed a 30-day pilot to compare the workflow with the existing manual process, record marketer overrides and measure the quality of resulting meetings.
The measures were practical: time per qualified opportunity, speed from signal to approved outreach, qualified meetings per 100 reviewed opportunities and trust in the recommendations.
No conversion uplift is claimed. The pilot was a proposed validation plan, not a completed experiment.
Good growth needs more than more activity.
Connectd Signal brought together commercial judgement, growth strategy, product thinking and hands-on AI prototyping. The goal was not to automate everything, but to help people make better decisions with clearer evidence.
