Good growth needs more than more activity.
A doctor-led preventative health brand. A considered approach to growth across content, creators, CRM and brand experience.

Less noise.
More meaning.
How do you grow a health brand when time and budget are limited?
humanpeople operates in a category where trust, clarity and credibility matter. The challenge was to build a recognisable brand presence without paid Instagram media or a high-volume publishing schedule.
I developed 3, 6 and 12-month marketing plans, translating business priorities into a sustainable approach to content, community and customer communication.

Built to be
recognised.
I owned Instagram's creative execution end to end: content planning, visual direction, copywriting, posts, Reels and publishing.
Rather than chasing volume, I built a consistent rhythm of two posts a week, making preventative health approachable through educational storytelling and a cohesive visual language.
100% organic · no paid Instagram media
Creators,
with purpose.
I managed up to 20 influencer partnerships simultaneously, primarily through product-gifting collaborations.
I oversaw product allocation and gifting budgets, coordinated timelines and publishing schedules, and helped creators understand the products through briefs, key messages and occasional scripts.
I tracked reach, views, engagement, discount-code usage and attributed orders, evaluating creator activity through both a creative and commercial lens.

Beyond
the first click.
I developed and managed automated email journeys in Klaviyo to support customers across key lifecycle moments | from discovery and consideration to post-purchase engagement.
The automated flows achieved a 56% average open rate. This is an engagement metric, not a claim of attributable conversion uplift.

One brand.
Many touchpoints.
I developed humanpeople's existing creative identity and later contributed to its rebrand, collaborating on colour palettes, typography, moodboards and tone of voice.
While the wider rebrand was collaborative, I owned Instagram creative execution and designed packaging, labels, printed pieces and campaign assets to keep the brand experience coherent across channels.

Product in
perspective.
During a trip to the Italian mountains, I created an independent, small-scale product photography series for humanpeople's NMN supplement.
The aim was to build a bank of natural lifestyle imagery, placing the product in an outdoor setting. The brand later used photographs from the series in its content.

Designed for
the page.
A humanpeoplePRO print advertisement featured in inFocus, a specialist publication focused on gut health.
I developed the creative concept and designed the advertisement, translating the brand's practitioner-facing proposition into a clear, considered piece of print communication.
From concept
to conversation.
For the two-day Integrative & Personalised Medicine Congress in London, I led the marketing and creative side of humanpeoplePRO's event presence, collaborating with the COO, who managed logistics.
I developed the creative concept and briefs, personally designed the stand graphics, banners, leaflets and supporting collateral, captured on-site photo and video, and engaged with practitioners and potential partners.
The event generated several hundred leads and dozens of conversations, with several new accounts secured through subsequent follow-up.

Thoughtful strategy.
Hands-on delivery.
From organic audience growth and creator partnerships to lifecycle journeys, brand evolution and B2B campaigns, my work with humanpeople brings together creative thinking, commercial judgement and practical execution.
